Strong communities are built on strong leaders, confident organisations, and meaningful connections. That's why ANCAD is launching 'LiiFT: Building stronger community organisations', a free learning series designed to support ethnic community organisations across Auckland and beyond to strengthen their skills, governance, sustainability, and long-term impact.

The programme includes nine practical workshops delivered through a mix of online and in-person sessions, covering topics such as leadership, governance, financial management, fundraising, grant writing, intercultural communication, and the effective use of artificial intelligence to save time and strengthen community organisations. Whether your organisation is newly established or well established, the series has been designed to provide practical knowledge, useful tools, and opportunities to connect with others who are passionate about making a difference in their communities.

The initiative reflects ANCAD's commitment to supporting inclusive, resilient, and well-equipped organisations that can confidently respond to the needs of Auckland's diverse communities. Registrations are free for eligible ethnic community organisations through funding provided by the Ministry for Ethnic Communities.
